Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unopened fragrance in its original box along with any promotional materials or samples included in the shipment.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
